Cancellation Policy
Redcliffe Dental Rooms is obliged to consider the needs and value of time for all clients using this service. Short notice appointment cancellation, failed attendance or late arrival (of more than ten minutes) disrupts service access for other clients.
Due to the high demand for appointments at Redcliffe Dental Rooms, the following Cancellation Policy applies.
- Clients are not ordinarily requested to pre-pay for dental consultations or treatment. *
- Where a client cancels an appointment, offering less than 48 hours notice, a short notice cancellation fee £50 will be requested to reserve a further appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice incur a £65 short notice cancellation fee.
- Cancellation Fees are non-refundable, should the agreed appointment be cancelled with less that 48 hours notice. In this instance, no further appointments will be agreed with the client.
- As a resolution, the clinic suggests that the client contact Redcliffe Dental Rooms on a day of their choice. The client will be offered the nearest available appointment for that day only, assuming availability exists.
Redcliffe Dental Rooms reserve the right to request clients who; cancel appointments at short notice, fail to attend, arrive late or are rude/abusive to source another service provider.
* With the exception of Zoom, Professional Teeth Whitening. Due to the duration and preparation costs of this treatment, a booking deposit of 50% of the treatment fee is requested at the time of appointment confirmation. The remaining fee outstanding will be charged on the day of treatment.
